As a trade only printer, you will be responsible for checking that your customer's supplied files are correct. TST Printing cannot accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrectly set up files.

Images - All images in your artwork are set to 300dpi when placed at 100% scale. Press Ready Art embedded into PDF format.

              All transparency effects must be flattened. All Layers must be flattened in one layer.

• Colours - Please provide the Pantone Colour (PMS) numbers. Only Spot Colour acceptable, not Metallic.

All Documents must be built to trim.

Bleeds - The margin between printed text to trim border must be over 5mm for each side. Due to automated cutting systems there can be a +/- 2mm trimming variance, if borders are too narrow this can result in uneven borders after trimming.3 mm external bleed - anything that touches a trim edge must be extended 3 mm past it.

Perforation Margin - Standard Perforation Margin is 17mm, minimum Perforation Margin is 15mm.

Fonts - Fonts should be embedded or outlined

Lines - All lines in the artwork must not be less than 0.25pt. Lines that are lighter colours or are reversed out of a solid block of  colour should be thicker.

• The minimum numbering space for 3 digit: Height 8mm, Width 15mm (Extra 5mm for each additional digit)

Watermarks or images should be set up not less than 7% of total ink coverage

Daily regular dispatch by CouriersPlease, Toll and TNT.

Standard job under 20 books takes 4 - 5 working days; 

PMS colour or with special requests jobs with large quantity takes at least 5 working days;

Estimated Delivery is 1-5 working days from the day of dispatch depending on destination.

Only deliver once.

If no one available to sign, drivers will leave the parcel near the front door and TST will not be responsible for item lost; 

If No ATL Required, please advise when placing order. Extra charge will incur for 2nd Delivery.

Drivers may bring items back to depot if they think the place is unsafe to leave, 

and it is your responsibility to pick up from depot.

Third party couriers are used to deliver all of our jobs and we have no control over its delivery condition. 

Any possible delays, missed delivery or item lost and damage will not be of TST Printing's responsibility. 

You are welcome to request an insurance cover on top of the freight charge in case the order ends up missing or damaged. 

This will be manually calculated and added on afterwards.
